Sessions do NOT include a photographer. Please book your photographer separately. Read over the studio rules before booking your appointment.
MJB STUDIOS STUDIO POLICIES
Floors
Do not drag furniture or items that would scratch or damage floors. To keep backdrop paper looking fresh, If any damage is done to the floor, please contact us immediately.
Restroom
We have a restroom available in the front office space. The restroom does have a rolling clothes rack with hangers for your convenience. If you take it out of the bathroom, please return it at the end of your session. Do NOT leave your hangers behind.
Furniture/Props/Lights
Please pick up the furniture when you move it. Do not drag or slide it. Please return to its original location before leaving.
Studio rental includes props and furniture use. Please be sure to place props back in their boxes and back into the cubby area.
Studio rental includes use of studio lights. Please note that we have Canon and Sony triggers. Extension cords are available as well. Ensure that all lights are unplugged and turned off before you leave. Renter is responsible for set up and breakdown of lights/soft boxes.
Music
You’re welcome to bring your own speaker and play music during your session. We have an Alexa speaker available. To use it just say, “Hey Alexa!” and ask her to play whatever you’re in the mood for.
Before your rental end time in the studio:
- Wipe down vanity table if used.
- Clean mirrors of prints.
- Clean floors of any food crumbs, spills, confetti, mess, etc.
- Ensure furniture is returned.
- Do not leave any trash in the studio. Trash bags are provided.
When You Leave
Within your rental time, make sure you leave the studio clean and tidy for the person after you. Make sure all the lights are off (excluding the set lights, these are on a timer). Please make sure all the doors are closed and locked.
-There is NO smoking allowed in the studio. A $500 fee will be charged if you are caught smoking on premises.
-All children should be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.
-Please use caution when bringing food or drinks into the studio. We ask that you not eat or drink on studio furniture. Please dispose of trash properly.
-We have a vacuum available for your use. Please schedule enough time to clean up. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

*Please note, All Sales are Final! Bookings must be rescheduled at least 24 hours from the start of the booking. You can reschedule your appointment for a later time and date. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period are NOT subject to a refund.
